Welcome to the City of Santa Rosa's updated Citizen Portal.  To use this portal to pay for, search or apply for a permit or invoice, you will need to create a profile and log in to the portal.  Click on the New User link below to register for an account.

Account Registration

 

You are registering for the City of Santa Rosa's Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal, which is used for processing permit applications, making payments, permit record search with various City departments.

This registration process will ask you to provide the following information to create an account:

      • Choose a username and password (case sensitive)    
      • Choose a Security Question and answer.  Please write this information down as you may need it to recover a lost password in the future.
      • Personal and Contact Information

Once your registration is complete you will receive an email confirming your account information and you will be able to search public permit records and make payments immediately.

If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam/junk email folder for an email from autosend@srcity.org 

If you are registering to apply for a permit, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email as there are additional steps to completing your registration before you can proceed with your permit application/s.
